Ghost Cake

A fantastic way to celebrate Halloween! Our Ghost Cake is made with honey, raisins, and chocolate.

Dough:
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
7 oz honey
7 oz sour cream
2 table spoons whipping cream
¾ cup raisins
1 tea spoon baking soda
¾ cups apple juice
grated chocolate

Cream:
½ quart (473 mL) whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions
Follow the directions for the Valentine’s Cake but use a 10 inch round cake pan.
