A two-layer cake shaped as a Pacman with cream cheese frosting!
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 box Ghirardelli fudge brownie mix
1/4 bag Nestle milk chocolate / caramel chip
1/4 bag Heath toffee bits
1 can creme cheese frosting
1 box of food colorings
Using two eight inch circular pans, cook the brownies and cake according to directions on box, with the exception that you should add the bits and chips to the mix.
The cakes are done! Take them out of the oven and let them cool. Apply the fudge topping to the top of the brownie layer. Place the white cake layer on top of the brownie layer.
Cut a wedge from the circle to create Pacman’s mouth. Mix up the yellow food coloring with the cream cheese frosting until is a smooth yellow color. Mix all the food colorings together with a small amount of frosting to make brown frosting.
Use a paper towel roll covered in tinfoil (or anything round) to create the eye and stick it on the cake.
